Terms of Service — My Home Circumcision
1. Purpose of Service
My Home Circumcision provides in-home circumcision services performed by a qualified provider. The purpose of this service is to offer a respectful, family-centered circumcision experience in the comfort of your home.
2. Eligibility
To receive services:

The baby must be medically cleared and healthy enough for the procedure.

The legal parent or guardian must provide informed consent.

The service location must be clean, safe, and reasonably accessible to the provider.
3. Payment & Fees

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your procedure date.

All procedure fees must be paid in full prior to or at the time of service.

All deposits and fees are non-refundable except in the event of miscarriage, infant passing, or if the baby is a girl, as outlined in our Refund Policy.
4. Scheduling & Rescheduling

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for your family.

You may reschedule your procedure one time at no additional cost if adequate notice is provided.

Last-minute rescheduling or repeated changes may incur additional fees or require a new booking deposit.
5. Medical Disclaimers

My Home Circumcision providers do not guarantee a medical outcome.

While the procedure is performed by an experienced provider, all medical procedures carry some degree of risk, including bleeding, infection, or need for medical follow-up.

Parents/guardians acknowledge that they have reviewed the risks and benefits of circumcision and accept responsibility for post-procedure care.
6. Parental Responsibility
By booking, you agree:

To follow all pre-procedure instructions given by the provider.

To ensure a safe, clean space is available for the procedure.

To follow all aftercare instructions and seek additional medical care if advised or necessary.
7. Informed Consent
Parents/guardians must review and sign an informed consent form prior to the procedure. The service will not be performed without signed consent.
8. Provider Rights

The provider reserves the right to decline or postpone the procedure if the baby is not medically suitable, if the environment is unsafe, or if consent is incomplete.

The provider may refer the family to a hospital or pediatric specialist if necessary.
9. Communication
By booking services, you consent to receive communication by email, phone, or text for appointment coordination, reminders, and follow-up.
10. Limitation of Liability
My Home Circumcision and its providers are not liable for any complications arising from failure to follow pre-care or aftercare instructions, or for any condition not disclosed at the time of booking.
11. Agreement
By submitting payment and scheduling an appointment with My Home Circumcision, you acknowledge that:
