Your Baby’s In-Home Circumcision Appointment

A Quick Guide to Help You Feel Prepared for Your Upcoming Procedure.

Thank you for choosing us to support your family during this important moment. I look forward to seeing you tomorrow for your baby’s in-home circumcision appointment.

A Small Note About Timing

We kindly ask for a bit of flexibility around your scheduled time. Travel between homes and the natural flow of earlier procedures may cause us to run slightly ahead or behind.

Thank you so much for your understanding and patience.

Optional: Create a Calming Environment

Many parents enjoy playing soft, soothing music during the in-home circumcision appointment to help keep their baby relaxed. Creating a peaceful atmosphere can make the experience more comfortable for everyone.

What to Have Ready

Please gather the following items before the appointment:

  • Diapers
  • Wipes
  • Three XL swaddle blankets
  • A few soft blankets
  • A cleared and clean sturdy table
  • A comfortable, well-lit space for the procedure

These items help ensure the visit goes smoothly and comfortably for your baby.

It has been well-documented that giving a baby a small amount of sugar to suck on during the procedure can help reduce discomfort. Simply mix one teaspoon of sugar with one teaspoon of water in a tiny bowl.
