Out-of-Area Travel Fees for In-Home Circumcision Services

We’re honored to provide in-home circumcision services to families across the country. While we primarily serve the Chicago, IL and Denver, CO areas, we frequently travel by plane to other regions when requested.

✈️ Average Fly-to-You Travel Cost:
Most families can expect to pay between $500–$1,200 in travel fees when a flight, hotel, and rental car are required.

This is in addition to the standard procedure fee.

We always provide a custom travel quote before booking so you know exactly what to expect — no surprises.

What does it cost to have you fly to us?

What areas do you serve without extra travel fees?

We currently offer standard, no-travel-fee service in:

  • Chicago, IL and surrounding suburbs
  • Denver, CO and nearby cities

If you live outside these zones, see below to learn how travel fees are calculated.

How are travel fees calculated if I’m within driving distance?

  • The first 25 miles from our local provider are included in your procedure fee.
  • If you live farther than 25 miles, we charge $1.25 per mile (one way) based on Google Maps.

Example: You’re 90 miles away. That’s 65 miles over the included 25.

65 x $1.25 = $81.25 travel fee

What’s included in fly-to-you travel fees?

If air travel is needed, your travel quote will include:

  • Flight – round-trip economy airfare
  • Hotel – $150 per night or actual cost if higher in your area (we try to fly out same day when possible)
  • Rental Car – typically $100–$150

We book the most cost-effective, safe options available and do not upcharge for travel.

Can I share travel costs with another family in my area?

Yes! If multiple families schedule procedures on the same day, we’ll split or completely eliminate the travel fees. This is a great way to lower your cost — and we’re happy to help coordinate group days.

Are there ways to reduce or waive travel fees?

Sometimes! If we already have a trip planned to your region, we may be able to schedule your procedure with reduced or no travel costs.

Is the travel fee due upfront?

Yes. Once we confirm the travel cost and your procedure date, we’ll send a full invoice. Travel arrangements are booked once payment is received.
