Return & Refund Policy — My Home Circumcision

At My Home Circumcision, we are committed to offering a dedicated and personalized medical service. Due to the customized nature of our scheduling, preparation, and provider allocation process, all deposits and procedure fees are strictly non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Payments

  • All consultation deposits, procedure deposits, and procedure fees are non-refundable once submitted.

  • This policy applies regardless of scheduling changes, cancellations, or personal circumstances.

Exceptions

A refund will only be issued under the following rare and specific circumstances:

  1. The baby passes away prior to the scheduled procedure.

  2. A miscarriage occurs.

  3. The baby is confirmed to be a girl.

In any of these cases, a full refund of the procedure deposit and/or procedure fee will be issued upon written notice and documentation.

Rescheduling

  • Families may reschedule their procedure one time at no additional charge, provided that reasonable notice is given.

  • Additional rescheduling or last-minute changes may incur a schedule adjustment fee depending on provider availability.

Provider Commitment

Once a date is secured, a medical provider is reserved specifically for your family. This blocks their schedule and prevents us from serving another family during that time. For this reason, all other cancellations are non-refundable.

By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to this Return & Refund Policy in full.
